The mission is to uplift the lives of individuals and communities to achieve physical, mental, and spiritual balance through safe and effective Shriyog practices. Tools for this are the integration of Iyengar yoga, Ayurveda, Indian philosophy, and arts & culture.

Shriyog Institute, inspired by Guruji BKS Iyengar's principles, offers a holistic approach to well-being through yoga, Ayurveda and Indian philosophy.
